We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join us in a prestigious Sydney property.

Working closely with the State Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the department, leading your team to deliver exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards.
Champion our industry leading processes to enhance efficiency and maintain service levels.
Recruit, train, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Manage budgets, rosters, and inventory control to meet financial targets.
Be hands on with regular inspections to maintain quality, hygiene and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with internal departments to support seamless hotel operations.
