The Packer / Warehouse Helper is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by packing products, loading and unloading goods, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting the warehouse team in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pack food and non-food products accurately according to company standards.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, containers, and vehicles.
Move, stack, and arrange products safely within the warehouse.
Support receiving, sorting, and storing incoming goods.
Prepare orders for dispatch as instructed by the warehouse team.
Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage.
Assist in stock movement and inventory-related activities.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the warehouse, storage areas, and workstations.
Dispose of packaging waste and keep aisles free from obstructions.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
Assist supervisors and warehouse staff with general operational tasks as required.
Report damaged goods, shortages, or safety concerns immediately.
Perform any other warehouse or helper duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
High school education is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in warehouse, packing, or helper roles, preferably in the food trading, FMCG, or distribution industry.
Experience in loading and unloading goods is essential.
Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
FIXED SALARY + ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED
Pay: AED1,100.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
